How to increase life energy

The nature values activity and pays off when this is violated.

Physical body is getting older and the energy leaves it. However, life energy never wears out.

It is crucial to teach ourselves think positively, what is not necessarily constant merry and paying attention to the positive side of life only. There is a risk of getting into mental clinic if you a constantly merry.

Positive thinking is when you equally treat both failure and happiness as working material.

Below are several advices for positive thinking:

1. Search for real meaning of your life

Quite often we waste a lot of energy for unnecessary irrelative things. Be careful not to take need by necessity.

Necessity - is the idea that everything that has ever happened and ever will happen is necessary, and can not be otherwise. Necessity is often opposed to chance and contingency. In a necessary world there is no chance. Everything that happens is necessitated.

Need - is something that is necessary for organisms to live a healthy life. Needs are distinguished from wants because a deficiency would cause a clear negative outcome, such as dysfunction or death.

Needs can be objective and physical, such as food, or they can be subjective and psychological, such as the need for self-esteem. On a social level, needs are sometimes controversial. Understanding needs and wants is an issue in the fields of politics, social science, and philosophy.

Our intuition helps up to understand the meaning of life.

2. Do something absolutely new in your life

Day to day routine influences our life, absorbing our energy. Change your appearance, travel somewhere, get away from it all. Try to look at this world with children’s’ eyes – be surprised to everything!

Sometimes you need to turn your head around: look at the cloudy sky under daylight, at the star sky at night, at the horizon.

Extraordinary things are near you! Look at the flower opening with the first sun shine and a beautiful butterfly flying about. If you stop to be surprised by simple thinks, you stopped living!

3. Get entertained

Find something your would enjoy with and develop it! Never stop yourself from being entertained!

4. Say good bye to your “sorrys” and guilty feelings.

Negative experience is as valuable as positive one. Leave your past for analysis, but not for emotions. You are here to obtain new experience and new feelings.

5. Never look back when taking a decision

We spend so much time and energy for listening the advices and thinking on different ways of approach. Always do as you think is right or close to. At least it is better to take some actions rather than sit and think for ages.

6. Give out and it will return to you.

Sinews needs to be first absorbed then spend. We receive life energy when chatting with friends, or good people. When communicating, speak positive things, smile, and help each other. As a result you will posses great life energy.
