Sedentary work - cause of hemorrhoids


People who by their activities have to sit a long time, very often suffer from hemorrhoids. Sedentary lifestyle leads to venous outflow obstruction and, as a consequence, to the development of hemorrhoids.

Tension headache is an illness, which is often encountered by workaholics. Being in a fixed posture for a long time leads to the fact that the neck, temporal and frontal muscles are in a constant state of spasm, which contributes to violation of arterial blood flow in the cranial cavity and the venous outflow from it and, as a consequence, to severe tension headaches that can become chronic.

What is to be done


Try to make a break every 20-30 minutes. Do massage of the neck area - it will improve the blood flow. In chronic tension-type headache doctor may prescribe antidepressants.
